If you share contact info, you consent to receive church updates by email and, if you provide a mobile number, occasional texts. You can unsubscribe via the email link or reply STOP to texts (reply HELP for help). Standard rates may apply.

 

4) Donations, Registrations, and Refunds

Online payments are processed by third-party providers. For security, we don’t store full payment data. Donations are typically non-refundable; event fees may be refundable per event policy—contact us with questions.

 

5) Intellectual Property

All Site content (text, graphics, logos, videos) is owned by or licensed to Expanse Bible Church and protected by law. You may not reproduce or use our content or trademarks without written permission.

 

6) User Submissions

If you submit comments, testimonies, photos, or messages, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use them for ministry purposes (e.g., services, social, testimonies), unless you tell us otherwise in writing. Don’t submit content you don’t have rights to share.

 

7) Livestreams, Photos & Recordings

Services and events may be livestreamed or recorded. By entering our events or facilities, you consent to being photographed/recorded and to our using your likeness for church purposes. Want to opt out? Please tell a team member on arrival so we can seat you accordingly.

 

8) Spiritual Care Disclaimer

Content on the Site is for spiritual encouragement only and is not medical, legal, or financial advice. For emergencies, call 911. Seek qualified professionals for specialized advice.

 

9) Third-Party Links

We link to external sites (e.g., YouTube, Facebook). Their policies apply there; we aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

 

10) Children’s Use

The Site isn’t directed to children under 13. Parents/guardians: contact us to remove a child’s online submission made in error.
